CSSF Regulation No 23-04 on the Countercyclical Buffer Rate for Q4 2023
The countercyclical buffer rate applicable to relevant exposures located in Luxembourg remains at 0.50% for the fourth quarter of 2023. This regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
