CSSF Regulation No 23-06 on the Countercyclical Buffer Rate for Q1 2024
The countercyclical buffer rate applicable to relevant exposures located in Luxembourg remains at 0.50% for the first quarter of 2024. This regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg and is published on the website of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
