CSSF Regulation No 24-03 on the Setting of the Countercyclical Buffer Rate for the Second Quarter of 2024
The countercyclical buffer rate applicable to relevant exposures located in Luxembourg remains at 0.50% for the second quarter of 2024. This regulation was adopted by the Executive Board of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier following a recommendation from the Systemic Risk Committee. The measure enters into force on the day of its publication in the Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
