Cuba-related Designations; Issuance of Cuba-related Frequently Asked Question
OFAC issued FAQ 1264 and updated the Specially Designated Nationals List by adding six individuals and five entities under Executive Order 14404. The added individuals are Oscar Enrique Biosca Gallego, Monica Milian Gomez, Waldo Perez Cortes, Jose Antonio Remon Rodriguez, Heriberto Sanchez Alleyne, and Roberto Jesus Viciana Mousset. The added entities are Empresa Cubana Exportadora e Importadora de Servicios, Articulos y Productos Tecnicos Especializados SA, Empresa Cubana Importada y Exportada de Productos Tecnicos, Empresa Militar Industrial Yuri Gagarin, Sociedad Mercantil Duna SA, and Union de Industria Militar. Additionally, OFAC updated the records for Roberto Legra Sotolongo and Alvaro Lopez Miera by correcting dates of birth and adding passport details, while also applying the CUBA-EO14404 designation to both.
