CVM RESOLUTION NO. 164, OF AUGUST 9, 2022

Revokes CVM Instructions No. 465, of February 20, 2008, CVM Instruction No. 512, of December 20, 2011, and CVM Instruction No. 514, of December 27, 2011, as part of the process of revision and consolidation of normative acts, as provided for in Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Board, in a meeting held on August 5, 2022, based on the provisions of Article 8, Items I and III, of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, and Article 5 of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019, APPROVED the following Resolution:

Article 1. The following Instructions are revoked:

I – CVM Instruction No. 465, of February 20, 2008;

II – CVM Instruction No. 512, of December 20, 2011; and

III – CVM Instruction No. 514, of December 27, 2011.

Article 3. This Resolution enters into force on September 1, 2022.
