Subject: Migration from the IPE System to the Empresas.NET platform - version 8.0
Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative/Responsible Director,
This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depositary institutions issuing unsponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from February 28, 2015, a new version of the Empresas.NET System (Empresas.NET System version 8.0) will be available, which incorporates the IPE System platform.
As a result of the unification of the IPE and Empresas.NET platforms, starting from February 28, 2015, all periodic and occasional information must be submitted via the Empresas.NET System version 8.0, even those that were previously sent via the IPE System. Until February 27, 2015, both systems must be used in their current form, without any modification.
The login and password for sending documents via the Empresas.NET System version 8.0 remain the same as those used in the IPE or Empresas.NET Systems.
The download of the new system version can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the World Wide Web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section ACCESS TO INFORMATION, Market Participants, Document Submission, Empresas.NET), as well as on the BM&FBOVESPA page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br, section Services – Solutions for Companies, Mandatory Information Systems, Empresas.NET).
Starting from the installation of the Empresas.NET System version 8.0, updates to this system will be performed automatically via the internet, facilitating its maintenance and document import for re-presentation purposes. Also, starting from February 28, 2015, the update of the DRI (Investor Relations Director) or equivalent person's registration will be done automatically from the Registration Form – FCA, and the DRI registration update that existed in the IPE System will be deactivated.
The Empresas.NET System version 8.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard and have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or higher installed, and the Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of the Windows 7.0 operating system in 32-bit architecture is recommended.
Before installing version 8.0, a backup of the forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System, especially those not delivered, must be performed using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the Post-Trade Support Superintendence of BM&FBOVESPA (SSP). Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on weekdays, from 7 am to 10 pm via email ssp@bvmf.com.br and by phone (11) 2565-5000. Issues received after 10 pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
Additionally, we inform that two free training sessions on the use of the Empresas.NET System version 8.0 for sending information related to IPE will be held on February 5 and 6, 2015, in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, respectively, with additional information about these training sessions to be provided shortly.
