Subject: Extension of deadlines for the mandatory use of the new versions of the CDA, Monthly Profile, and Fund Information Statement files.

Dear Sir,

Considering the issuance of CVM Instruction No. 456, of June 22, 2007, which extended the final deadline for adaptation of funds in operation governed by CVM Instruction No. 409/04 to August 31, 2007, to the new provisions created by Instructions 450/07 and 456/07, we communicate that the use of version 3.0 of the XML file of the "Demonstrative of Composition and Diversification of Applications CDA" document will become MANDATORY starting from the September/2007 competence (final delivery deadline 10/10/2007).

2. However, optionally, the CDA of June/2007 (final delivery deadline 10/07/2007) may already be delivered according to the new standard, as previously informed in CVM/SMI Circular Letter No. 01/2007.

3. Also, the new standard for the "Monthly Profile" document will have its mandatory use deadline extended to the July/2007 competence (final delivery deadline 10/08/2007).

4. Finally, the deadline established for the new "Fund Information Statement" becomes 01/08/2007, replacing the deadline initially disclosed in CVM/SMI Circular Letter No. 01/2007.
