CySEC Notification of Crypto Asset Services Under Article 60 of MiCA
Regulated entities, including CIFs, UCITS Management Companies, and AIFMs, must complete a sixteen-question questionnaire regarding their plans to provide crypto-asset services under Article 60 of MiCA. Entities that are not considering providing crypto-related services under the MiCA notification procedure are exempt from completing the remaining questions. Responses must be submitted by Friday 26 July 2024.
