Notification Form for the Provision of Crypto-Asset Services
The Central Bank of Ireland requires specific authorized financial entities to submit a notification form at least 40 working days before providing crypto-asset services under Article 60 of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation. This process allows credit institutions, investment firms, and other regulated entities to offer equivalent services without obtaining separate authorization as crypto-asset service providers.
