Notice of Amendments to DFSA Legislation (21 Feb 2019)
The DFSA Board issued eight rulemaking instruments amending the DFSA Rulebook following a consultation period on Papers 122 and 123. These instruments repeal and replace eight core regulatory modules, specifically the Fund Protocol Rules, General Module, Collective Investment Rules, Glossary, Fees, Markets, Conduct of Business, and Prudential business rules. All amendments come into force on 25 February 2019, with updated modules and detailed appendices published on the DFSA website.
