Decree of NBS No 3/2019 on reporting by banks, foreign bank branches and investment firms
Národná banka Slovenska issued this decree to mandate electronic supervisory reporting by banks, foreign bank branches, and investment firms through the Statistics Collection Portal. The regulation specifies detailed requirements for submitting statements on capital, liquidity, leverage, credit risk, and asset encumbrance while granting targeted exemptions for certain investment firms based on their size and regulatory status.
