Instructions for Preparing and Submitting Pension Insurance Company Reports in Electronic Form
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) issued these instructions on February 4, 2025, to standardize the format and submission of electronic reports for pension insurance companies. The directive mandates the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and actuarial reports in specific digital formats, including XML, PDF, XLS, and XBRL, with strict signing requirements for management and appointed actuaries.
