The Financial Services Authority mandates the specific formats and structures for monthly, annual, and other periodic reports submitted by Employer Pension Funds (DPPK) and Financial Institution Pension Funds (DPLK). The regulation establishes submission protocols requiring online filing via the Authority's data communication network, with fallback procedures for electronic mail or offline submission in cases of technical issues or force majeure. It also repeals several previous regulations concerning pension fund financial reporting, investment valuation, risk assessment, and technical reports, with the new rules taking effect on May 1, 2019.
