The Financial Services Authority mandates the specific forms, structures, and submission procedures for periodic reports (monthly, annual, and other) submitted by Employer Pension Funds (DPPK) and Financial Institution Pension Funds (DPLK). The regulation establishes distinct reporting formats for defined benefit and defined contribution pension programs and requires submission via the Authority's online data communication system, with electronic mail or offline physical delivery permitted under technical failure conditions. It repeals the previous Circular Letter No. 3/SEOJK.05/2019 and becomes effective on April 30, 2021.
