DCCA Disciplinary Actions (Through June 2026)

The Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs issued disciplinary sanctions against five licensees through June 2026, including Liang Chen, Bond Pharmacy, Inc., Longs Drug Stores #9164, Adrian L. Rivera, and Makana Bonde. The Board of Barbering and Cosmetology imposed a $750 fine and activity restriction on Chen for unlicensed practice, while the Board of Pharmacy levied $1,000 fines each on Bond Pharmacy and Longs Drug Stores for regulatory violations. The Real Estate Commission fined Adrian L. Rivera $5,000 and Makana Bonde $3,000 for using unlicensed contractors and failing to disclose criminal convictions, respectively. Additionally, the Board of Psychology fined Robert M. Duwors $2,000 for failing to report out-of-state disciplinary decisions.
