DCMPS Circular No. 9: Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) Operating Rules
All scheduled banks in Bangladesh participating in the Bangladesh Automated Clearing House (BACH) must download the BEFTN Operating Rules from the Bangladesh Bank website. These banks are required to execute and sign the BEFTN Participant Agreement and Indemnity and submit the signed document to the Department of Currency Management and Payment Systems by 30 September 2010. The approved operating rules define the roles, responsibilities, and legal framework for the BEFTN network.
