Decision (EU) 2021/789 on discharge for the 2019 budget and closure of accounts of the Single Resolution Board
The Single Resolution Board grants the Chair discharge regarding the implementation of the Board's budget for the 2019 financial year. The decision approves the closure of the Single Resolution Board's accounts for that same period. It further instructs the Chair to notify the Council, the Commission, and the Court of Auditors, and to arrange for the decision's publication in the Official Journal and on the Board's website.
