Decision No. 1738/QD-BTC on the Publication of the Catalog of 16 Administrative Procedures Regarding Securities Investment Funds
On July 25, 2013, the Minister of the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 1738/QD-BTC to publish the catalog of sixteen administrative procedures concerning securities investment funds. These procedures fall under the state management functions of the Ministry of Finance within the securities sector. The Decision became effective from the date of signing.
