Clause (c) of Article One has been repealed by the Authority's Board of Directors Decision No. 18 of 2023 dated 22/2/2023.

Clauses 13 and 14 of Article Two have been added by the Authority's Board of Directors Decision No. 127 of 2020 dated 16/8/2020.
