Decision No. 379/QĐ-UBCK dated June 3, 2021, on Issuing the Basic Technical Standard for IT Systems in Online Securities Trading Services on the Securities Market
The Chairman of the State Securities Commission issued Decision No. 379/QĐ-UBCK to establish the Basic Technical Standard for Information Technology Systems governing online securities trading services on the Vietnamese securities market. This standard mandates compliance with specific national technical regulations, including TCVN 11930:2017 for information system security levels and TCVN 9250:2012 for data center infrastructure requirements. The decision takes effect immediately upon signing and formally repeals the previous 2010 regulation regarding IT system requirements for securities companies.
