Decision No. 60/2004/QD-BTC on the Issuance of Regulations on Securities Registration, Custody, Clearing, and Settlement
The Minister of Finance issued Decision No. 60/2004/QD-BTC to formally promulgate the regulations governing securities registration, custody, clearing, and settlement. This decision establishes the legal framework for these financial operations and becomes effective fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, securities trading centers, custodial members, and relevant parties are mandated to ensure the implementation of this decision.
