Decision No. 66/2004/QD-BTC on Issuance Procedures for Government Bonds, Government-Guaranteed Bonds, and Local Government Bonds
The Minister of Finance issued Decision No. 66/2004/QD-BTC to establish the regulations governing the procedures and formalities for issuing government bonds, government-guaranteed bonds, and local government bonds. This decision officially adopts the accompanying issuance guidelines and mandates compliance from all relevant ministries, provincial authorities, and bond-issuing organizations. The regulation became effective fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
