Regarding the Amendment of the Authority's Board of Directors Decision No. 81 of 2011 Concerning the Listing Rules for Securities Issued by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

The Board of Directors of the Capital Markets Authority

Having reviewed Law No. (59) of 1981 on Joint Stock Companies, Partnerships Limited by Shares, and Limited Liability Companies and the decisions issued to implement it; And Law No. (95) of 1992 on the Capital Market and its Executive Regulations, and the decisions issued to implement it; And Law No. 93 of 2000 on the Central Depository and Registration of Securities and its Executive Regulations; And Law No. (10) of 2009 Regulating Supervision on Non-Banking Financial Markets and Instruments; And Presidential Decree No. (191) of 2009 Regulating the Management of the Egyptian Exchange and its Financial Affairs; And the Basic Statute of the Capital Markets Authority issued by Presidential Decree No. (192) of 2009; And the Listing, Continuation, and Delisting Rules for Securities at the Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchanges issued by the Capital Market Authority Board Decision No. (30) of 2002 dated 18/6/2002 and its amendments; And the Capital Markets Authority Board of Directors Decision No. (81) of 2011 dated 17/10/2011 on the Listing Rules for Securities Issued by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises; And the approval of the Board of Directors in its session No. (13) of 2013 dated 12/7/2013;

It Has Been Decided

(Article One)

A new clause numbered (9) is added to Article Two of the Authority's Board of Directors Decision No. 81 of 2011, with the following text:

"That the shares requested for listing shall not be issued by companies operating in non-banking financial markets."

(Article Two)

This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Official Gazette and on the websites of the Authority and the Egyptian Exchange, and shall take effect from the day following its publication, with the Egyptian Exchange and the competent administration within the Authority each executing it according to their respective jurisdictions.
