The National Bank of Slovakia amends Decision No. 3/2025 to allow the central bank to manage the domestic mobilization of loan claims and additional loan claims outside the ECMS, excluding the application of specific sections. The amendments remove references to RMBD and DECC (derivative credit claims covered by acceptable loan claims) throughout the definitions and operational articles, renumber corresponding paragraphs and points, and update section headings to distinguish between tradable and non-tradable assets. The decision also clarifies the conditions under which the NBS may charge transaction and service fees for the mobilization of loan claims. This decision enters into force on 30 March 2026.
