Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Establishment of Main Units of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Governing Board No. 2/99 of 28 January 1999

Pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 3 and 4, Article 7, item i, and Article 74, item i, of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", 1/97), the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 1st meeting held on 28 January 1999, adopts

DECISION on amendments to the Decision on the Establishment of Main Units of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Article 1.
In the Decision on the Establishment of Main Units of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 7/98), in Article 3, the words: "and the Main Bank of the Republika Srpska of the Central Bank of BiH is in Pale, Pere Kosorića Street No. 3." are replaced with the words: "and the seat of the Main Bank of the Republika Srpska of the Central Bank of BiH is in Banja Luka."

Article 2.
Article 6 is amended and reads:
"Each main unit has a seal produced by the Central Office of the Central Bank, in accordance with the general act on the seal of the Central Bank and its organizational units."

Article 3.
Article 9 is amended and reads:
"The time and manner of implementation of this Decision are determined by the Governor with the consent of the Governing Board."

Article 4.
This Decision enters into force on the day of publication in the "Official Gazette of BiH", and shall also be published in the "Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina" and the "Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska".
