Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Establishment of Main Units of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina amends the Decision on the Establishment of Main Units by relocating the seat of the Main Bank of the Republika Srpska from Pale to Banja Luka. The amendment also updates Article 6 to specify that each main unit's seal is produced by the Central Office in accordance with general acts, and Article 9 to state that the Governor, with the Governing Board's consent, determines the implementation time and method. The decision enters into force upon publication in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska.
