Decision on the Establishment of Main Units of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Decision establishes three main units of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina: two in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sarajevo and Mostar) and one in the Republic of Srpska (Pale). It defines the specific cantons and regions covered by each unit, their official seals, and the legal basis for their operations. The Governor of the Central Bank is authorized to appoint the heads and staff of these units, which commence operations upon a decision by the Governor with the consent of the Governing Board.
