Decision on Registration of Capital Reduction for Energocom Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 44/5 on October 1, 2024, to officially register the reduction of the share capital of Energocom Joint Stock Company. The decision authorizes a total capital reduction of 2,302,528,000 MDL, achieved through the cancellation of 1,000,000 treasury shares and a decrease in the nominal value of shares from 1,000 MDL to 808 MDL. Following this adjustment, Energocom's share capital is set at 5,481,472,000 MDL, divided into 6,784,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 808 MDL each.
