Decisions of Iraqi Securities Commission Council – at its seventh meeting held on 18/8/2026
The Iraqi Securities Commission Council approved the listing, deposit, and trading of shares of Al-Ittihad Iraqi Insurance Company (Joint Stock) on the Iraq Stock Exchange / Unlisted Companies OTC platform. This decision responds to a request from the Iraq Stock Exchange Board of Directors to admit the company's shares for trading on the OTC market.
