Decisions of the Board of Directors of the National Financial Market Commission – June 12 and 16, 2026
The Board of Directors of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) adopted decisions on June 12 and 16, 2026, approving a draft amendment to the "Green Card" insurance certificate form for public consultation to ensure conformity with international standards. The CNPF also registered a 172,880,000 lei bond issue by MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA and a 3,000,000 lei supplementary share issue by ARAGONN GRUP SA, while delisting securities of LEMI INVEST SA following its reorganization. Furthermore, the Commission sanctioned IM CIA "TRANSELIT" SA with a 12,000 MDL fine for failing to fully execute previously ordered measures concerning a travel medical insurance claim.
