Decree No. 145/2014 Coll. amending Decree No. 117/2012 Coll. on supplementary pension savings
The Czech National Bank issued Decree No. 145/2014 Coll. to amend the detailed regulation of activities for pension companies, pension funds, and participation funds. The decree specifically updates Annex No. 3 of Decree No. 117/2012 Coll. to reflect current legal requirements. This amendment enters into force on August 1, 2014.
