Delegation of Powers to HOD (LRAD)
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan delegates specific powers under the Futures Brokers (Licensing & Operations) Regulations, 2018 to the Executive Director or Head of Department (Licensing and Regulatory Approvals Department). These delegated authorities include requiring further information for license applications, renewing licenses for one year, and demanding additional documents for renewal.
