DFIM Circular Letter No. 03: Deferral Submission of the Regulatory Statements to Department of Financial Institutions and Markets
The Department of Financial Institutions and Markets of Bangladesh Bank instructs all financial institutions operating in Bangladesh to submit mandatory regulatory statements by June 15, 2020. This deadline extension is implemented as a precautionary measure following the resumption of normal operations on May 31, 2020, after the general holiday declared by the Government of Bangladesh to combat the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Institutions are encouraged to submit these statements via email.
