Dear Sir,

Regarding the determination of office hours during the Holy Month of Ramadan (Hijri 1447 / 2026 AD).

The office hours for all finance companies operating in Bangladesh during the Holy Month of Ramadan (Hijri 1447 / 2026 AD) are determined as follows:

Working Days Office Hours
Sunday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
(Including a break for Zuhr prayer from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM) Friday and Saturday Weekly Holiday

After the Holy Month of Ramadan concludes, office hours will revert to the pre-Ramadan schedule.
This directive is issued under the powers conferred by Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.
