All Chief Executive Officers / Managing Directors of all Finance Companies operating in Bangladesh.

Dear Sir,

Regarding the determination of the office schedule of Finance Companies during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1445 (2024 CE).

The office schedule of all Finance Companies operating in Bangladesh during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1445 (2024 CE) is determined as follows:

Working Days: Office Schedule
Sunday to Thursday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
(Including a break for Zuhr prayer from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM) Friday and Saturday: Weekly Holiday

2. After the Holy Ramadan month is over, the office schedule will return to the pre-Ramadan schedule.

3. This directive is issued under the powers granted in Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.
