Directions for Bidding Certificates of Deposit Issued by the Central Bank of China

The Central Bank of China mandates that bidding for its certificates of deposit be conducted via the Online Operation System, with eligible bidders limited to banks, investment trust companies, bills finance companies, Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd., and other approved financial institutions.
