Grassroots financial institutions are required to report interest rate fluctuations to the Taiwan Cooperative Bank, which compiles and submits these reports to the Bank. Electronic filing by financial institutions is permitted from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
