The Securities and Exchange Commission of Bangladesh orders the suspension of specific privileges, including Free Limit, dividend payments, IPO/RPO/QIO quotas, license renewals, and new branch openings, for single holder companies and depository participants found to have deficits in investors' funds or securities. These entities must resolve the deficit, after which the relevant stock exchanges will impose special supervision for at least one year, including bi-monthly examinations of consolidated customer accounts and depository participant securities. The Dhaka Stock Exchange, Chittagong Stock Exchange, and Central Depository Bangladesh Limited are directed to implement these measures and report to the Commission.
