Directive regarding Merchant Banker dated 09.1.11-89

The Securities and Exchange Commission revokes Serial No. 1 of Order No. SECI/CMARRC/2001-43/52 dated July 22, 2010, along with the relevant portion of Order No. SECI/CMARRC/2001-43/54 dated July 25, 2010. This directive takes immediate effect upon issuance.

The Securities and Exchange Commission, in the interest of investors and the capital market, hereby cancels Serial No. 1 of Order No. SECI/CMARRC/2001-43/52 dated July 22, 2010, read with the relevant portion of Order No. SECI/CMARRC/2001-43/54 dated July 25, 2010.

This order shall come into force immediately.
