DOS Circular Letter No. 04: Instructions for Conducting Banking Service to Prevent the Expansion of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) up to 06 February 2022
The Department of Off-Site Supervision of Bangladesh Bank issues instructions for banking operations until 06 February 2022 in response to government restrictions on the spread of Covid-19. Scheduled banks must conduct operations via rostering with a reduced number of staff while adhering to health protocols, and essential services may continue based on the institution's discretion. Other staff are required to remain at their workplaces and perform official duties virtually. Customers visiting banks must strictly comply with health guidelines, including mandatory mask wearing.
