DOS Circular Letter No. 35: Change in bank office and transaction hours
The Department of Offsite Supervision mandates that banks located in sea, land, and air port areas maintain their branches, sub-branches, and booths open during morning hours, continuing the instructions from DOS Circular Letter No. 24 dated August 5, 2019. Effective from November 15, 2022, and until further notice regarding the implementation of the government's announced changed office schedule, banking operations shall follow a specific timetable: from Saturday to Thursday, office hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while transaction hours are restricted to 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Fridays and Saturdays are designated as weekly holidays.
