PSD Circular Letter No. 07: Change in BACH and RTGS Schedule
The document establishes new operating hours for Bangladesh Automated Clearing House (BACH) and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) transactions, effective from 15 November 2022. BACH Clearing House (BACH) transactions are scheduled from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays, while BACH Settlement (BACHS) sessions continue according to their previous schedule. RTGS transactions are permitted from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with specific extensions for Customs Duty E-Payment, inter-bank fund transfers, and intraday liquidity management until 4:30 PM, and further extensions for inter-bank transfers and intraday liquidity until 4:45 PM.
