Operating Hours for Payment Systems During Ramadan 2025
The Saudi Central Bank has issued updated operating hours for key payment systems, including RTGS, EFT, and ECC, for Ramadan 2025. Real-time gross settlement and retail payment sessions are shortened, with internal transfers ending at 13:45 and external remittance deadlines set for 11:15. Electronic cheque clearing operations are also adjusted, with final submission times moved to 13:30, while personal EFT sessions remain unchanged.
