Reference is made to the authority of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to issue instructions related to financial institutions under its supervision and their operations, based on the provisions of SAMA's system issued by Royal Decree No. M36 dated 1442/4/11H, and the related regulations. You are hereby informed of SAMA's approval of the official holidays for financial institutions and the Saudi Rapid Financial Transfer System "RTGS", as well as their working hours for the next four years (1447-1450H), which are published via SAMA's electronic website. We request that you consult the SAMA electronic website and comply with the official holiday dates and working hour instructions. Please provide SAMA, well in advance of the holidays, with a list of branches operating during official holidays, and announce this through appropriate media.
