The Financial Supervisory Commission has issued a draft amendment to certain articles and specific forms within the 'Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Insurance Enterprises'. These proposed changes, affecting forms under Articles 19, 22, and 23, are intended to align with Taiwan's adoption of International Financial Reporting Standard No. 18 in 2028 and to incorporate paperless financial report submission requirements. Article 37 of the amendment is projected to become effective from the 2027 fiscal year, with the remaining amended articles and forms taking effect from the 2028 fiscal year for insurance enterprises. The public is invited to submit comments or suggestions within thirty days of the announcement's publication.
