NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. 1040 (I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 282B of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to propose the following amendment in the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 which are hereby published for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is given that comments, if any, received within fourteen days of the date of this notification shall be taken into consideration.

DRAFT AMENDMENTS

In the aforesaid Regulations, in regulation 60, in sub-regulation (3), -

(1) in clause (t), the word "and" after the semicolon shall be omitted;

(2) in clause (u), full stop shall be substituted with semicolon and the word "and" shall be inserted after the semicolon; and

(3) after clause (u), the following new clause shall be inserted:

"(v) selling and marketing expenses subject to such amount and conditions as specified by the Commission.".
