NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. 1178 (I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 282B of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make the following amendments in Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 pursuant to previously published the draft amendments vide S.R.O. 1040(I)/2016, dated 8th November, 2016, namely, -

In the aforesaid Regulations, in regulation 60, in sub-regulation (3), -

(1) in clause (t), the word "and" after the semicolon shall be omitted;

(2) in clause (u), full stop shall be substituted with semicolon and the word "and" shall be inserted after the semicolon; and

(3) after clause (u), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely, -

"(v) selling and marketing expenses subject to such amount and conditions as specified by the Commission.".
