Draft Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 54-101 respecting Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer
Canadian securities regulators amend the Policy Statement to Regulation 54-101 to align with the phased implementation of the Renewed System. The amendments insert a new section requiring electronic transmission of documents to regulators outside Quebec in accordance with Regulation 13-103 respecting System Replacement. Additionally, the text replaces all references to SEDAR with the term Renewed System to reflect the updated filing infrastructure.
