Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan -.-.-.- Islamabad, 13 th April, 2020 NOTIFICATION S.R.O. 304 (I)/2020.- The following draft amendments to the Companies (Distribution of Dividend) Regulations, 2017, proposed to be made by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, in exercise of powers conferred by section 512 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), are hereby published for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and, as required by sub-section (1) of the said section 512, notice is hereby given that objections or suggestions thereon, if any, may be sent to the Commission within fourteen days from the date of publication, namely:- In the aforesaid Regulations, - (1) In regulation 2, sub-regulation (1), clause (vi), after the words “any approved payment service provider” the words “or a central depository” shall be inserted, [File No. SMD/SE/2(20)/2020] ( Ejaz Alam Khan ) Secretary to the Commission/ Policy Board
