The draft requires limited liability partnerships to provide additional information regarding ultimate beneficial owners in LLP Form-III and mandates that partners who are body corporates disclose such owners in LLP Form-V. These changes are published for public consultation, with suggestions or objections to be considered if received within fourteen days of publication.
