Draft Regulation to amend Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)

REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 13-101 RESPECTING THE SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT ANALYSIS AND RETRIEVAL (SEDAR) Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (2) and (34))

1. Appendix A of Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document
   Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) (chapter V-1.1, r. 2) is amended:
   (1) by replacing paragraph (2) of item B of part I with the following:
   “2. Interim Financial Report”;
   (2) in paragraph (a) of item B of part II:
   (a) by replacing subparagraph (4) with the following:
   “4. Interim Financial Report”;
   (b) by adding, after subparagraph 22, the following:
   “23. Annual Disclosure Statement
   “24. Interim Disclosure Statement”.
2. This Regulation comes into force on (indicate here the date of coming into force of
   this Regulation).
